What we do:

The Collective Investment Services team focuses on the Trade Life Cycle of Collective Investment orders received from our Global Custody clients and any operational processes related to that TLC (Order Placement and Documentation management, settlement and reconcilement, Asset Servicing and Query Management). The team is committed to provide the most accurate and up-to-date trade order statuses, reconcile cash and stock positions to each of our sub-custodians or directly to the Transfer Agencies statements on a daily basis and respond to any third party query in relation to the trade orders. The team is responsible for timely and accurate processing of subscription and redemption orders for units in collective investment schemes, as well as maintenance of data in internal databases.

Requirements:

• We simply require good English, being computer literate (especially expertise in the use of MS Outlook and Excel is an asset), display analytical thinking, willingness to work in the capital markets and determination to learn

• We will teach you everything you need to place an order and settle a trade, even if today you don’t know anything about capital markets!

• For experienced professionals, we require the same plus relevant knowledge

• A degree is desired but not critical, as a degree will never replace ambition and hard work
