Citi’s Graduate Recruitment & Program Management (GRPM) Team is seeking an AVP, Recruiter to hire and develop top talent for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank. The AVP, Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Citi through appropriate marketing and effective screening of candidates. This role will manage the recruiting efforts both for just in time and on-campus recruiting initiatives for Global Consumer Bank businesses.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with Global Consumer Bank businesses to create a recruiting strategy for target roles both on- and off-campus. Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for these roles including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews

  • Secure coverage for and attend on campus and in-house events

  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts

  • Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and at career centers

  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status and manage offer process

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including campus recruiting, university recruiting, and lateral recruiting    

  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring statistics as requested

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

  • Travel domestically 20-25% during peak campus recruiting seasons

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3+ years of campus recruiting or other relevant experience.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment

  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations

  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Flexibility for travel and to work some early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
