Team Overview: The US Personal Banking (USPB) Marketing Transformation and Delivery (MT&D) organization is responsible for marketing operations, channel delivery and marketing technology in support of the Consumer Bank’s marketing efforts; inclusive of Branded Cards, Retail Bank, Retail Services, Mortgage and Wealth Management. Responsibilities include:

The PMO and Capacity Planning Lead will assist in the prioritization and delivery of all campaigns in the Digital Post-Login channel, as well as supporting the rollout of a new operating model and capacity management structure within the channel that will enable the overall organization to make the right tradeoffs while delivering against business goals.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, operations, controls, and channel execution.  Tight partnership with peers and leadership across Marketing, Lines of Business, as well as all operational teams is required.  This job requires strategic thought leadership and the ability to understand various business priorities to translate these into an actionable plan of record enabling transparent handoffs and the agility to respond to changing business dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years’ experience in marketing operations, agile execution, or business support.
  • Experience ensuring complex cross-functional strategic initiatives are delivered on-time, with transparency at all levels of organization and with proper controls.
  • Ability to be a proactive thought leader and suggest new ways of doing things.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, positive, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and execute across multiple initiatives independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship, and influence management skills that allow for close partnerships with many different constituents: internal, external, frontline counselors, and senior executives.
  • Exceptional professional written and communication skills – clear, logical, and structured.
  • Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas.
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
  • BA/BS preferred.
