Team/Role Overview:

Our strategically fuelled team leads internal analytics for Securities services from product perspective. We work closely with Technology partners to ensure performance and project delivery meet expectations, whilst simplifying securities services systems footprint ensuring best use of investment dollars.

What you’ll do:

• Enhance, improve and automate key business metrics (e.g. operational Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and Key Risk Indicators) across Custody & Funds metrics in 50+ markets
• Conceptualize, plan, prioritize, coordinate design and delivery of Operations, Product, Risk & Controls analytics products, features to product release, and serve as data analytics ambassador within user community
• Work in close co-ordination with Technology, Product, Operations and senior stakeholders to fulfil the delivery objectives
• Create clear and specific project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution
• Adopt analytics platforms for self-service (e.g. Dataiku, Tableau) in line with data strategy, data quality and governance standards  
• Focus on controls and governance, including performing Need-to-Know based security and access reviews, access approvals, controls testing and documentation
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

What we’ll need from you:

• Strong ability to drive and execute data strategy, influence decision makers and act as a data practitioner at any level
• Proven track of record of delivering business analytics solutions powered by market leading platforms (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) seasoned with problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
• Demonstrated development experience using modern technology, architecture frameworks, models, methodologies and disciplines and infrastructure
• Strong familiarity with technology products in the areas of data processing / ETL, message-oriented middleware, data warehousing, business intelligence, business process analysis, big data and machine learning
• Knowledge of the Custody and Fund Services industry
• Strong ability to establish, build and maintain strong effective working relationships at all levels across the organization
• Excellent analytical and interpretation
