We are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10) based in Mumbai, India. In this role, you are expected to:

  • Perform Cash Management and managing Intraday Liquidity, Preparation Cash Reserve Ratio & Statutory Liquidity Ratio, and adherence to the limits along with valuation of Securities.
  • Adhere to all Regulatory submissions to Reserve Bank of India inclusive of Primary Dealership reports and Standard monthly, Quarterly as well as Yearly reports like Price Dividend Ratio II, Risk Based Supervision, etc.
  • Assisting Front Office with Funds Flow and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Processing of Primary & Secondary Market Corporate Debt Instruments with knowledge to Clear Corp Repo Order Matching System & Negotiated Dealing System.
  • Auction processing of Government Securities, State Development Loan, Treasury Bills to manage Probability of Default commitments.
  • Identify and resolve securities settlement issues and make process improvement recommendations to leadership.

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance, Chartered Accountant Preferred
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 Years
  • Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
  • Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required licensing/Registration: National Institute of Securities Markets Series 7 and Foreign Exchange Dealers' Association of India Certification
