The VP, Marketing Channel Manager – Onsite Acquisitions will manage driving acquisitions on Citicards.com and Citi.com through 1) identifying, prioritizing, and running conversion rate optimization A/B tests and enhancements, and 2) running the day-to-day execution for onsite digital acquisition promotional campaigns.

To test marketing features and user experience enhancements, the Marketing Channel Manager will use site data and market trends to identify testing opportunities and work across design, product management, and agency partner to prioritize and launch. He/she will also partner with these teams and others to redesign site pages.

To run and ensure successful launch of onsite promotional marketing campaigns, the Marketing Channel Manager will collaborate with various cross-functional teams and be responsible for prioritization, determining and meeting timelines, partnering with legal/compliance/privacy teams, and measuring and reporting campaign performance.


This role supports marketing and UX on Citicards.com and Citi.com to new and current customers. Specifically, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the onsite campaign management process, including campaign prioritization, creative development, campaign trafficking, QA, and tracking/measurement.

  • Maintain all products on the Citi domain sites (Citi cards and citi.com) including offer and marketing copy updates to support strategic goals.

  • Identify CRO testing opportunities and manage A/B tests through launch.

  • Partner with product management and design teams to redesign site pages and acquisition journeys.

  • Measure and track the performance of A/B tests, UX enhancements, and redesign.

  • Understand and manage all steps needed for cohesive campaign launches across different types of content (static, dynamic, banners, etc.), each with different timelines and launch processes.  

  • Partner closely with Cards marketing strategy to prioritize campaigns and maintain onsite campaign schedule for the team.

  • Partner closely with platform managers (CMS, Testing, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner and processes are working as expected. 

  • Perform day-to-day campaign tasks as needed, including control documentation (e.g., pre and post live screenshots), submitting campaign requests, and maintaining asset repositories.

Candidate must have prior digital marketing and/or digital product management experience (5+ years) and be able to build and maintain relationships with key internal partners, including product management, other marketing teams, production support, marketing technology, and third-party vendors. They must also be able to work creatively within a process-driven environment.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who learns quickly, has superior attention to detail, cares about the customer user experience, has strong analytical skills, and is a strong project manager. Ability to navigate in a fluid environment is key. Should have a flexible and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and areas of focus as they emerge.

Bachelors degree required, advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field preferred.
