Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Business Risk Manager for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Carry out Risk/Materiality assessments by prioritizing High Risks / Regulations to determine Target Process inventory. Identify Regulatory SMEs and firm-wide business / functional owners and participants, document firm-wide End-to-End (E2E) process, governance structure, and controls. Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, Legal, Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) to design, implement, and deliver integrated global operational control assessments. Provide support in assessing end to end risks and controls design to determine gaps in existing Manager Control Assessment (MCA) framework for selected processes. Assist in writing reports including issues, overall control enhancements, and action plans in collaboration with key business stakeholders including Markets Management, Operations, ORM, and ICRM. Assist in creating and submitting timely governance updates on progress against plan, key issues identified, and seek approval of forward looking BAU assessments book of work at Risk and Control Committees. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Planning, scoping, and execution of assurance, testing, and assessments of Markets control processes in partnership with Compliance, Internal Audits, or First Line Assurance teams; Evaluating business process controls to assess and help strengthen internal controls and improve and protect business performance; Developing testing plans and performing design activity assessments through collection of evidence and evaluation of outputs and conveying results to senior management; Assisting in the development of process mapping, control design, and identifying control gaps or failures and determining remediation actions in coordination with Management based on detailed root-cause analysis; and Assisting in the deployment of Enterprise-wide Processing Risk Management Policy requirements including performance of detailed Risk and Control assessments and identifying control gaps and issues. 40 hrs./wk.
