Global Risk Review’s (GRR) Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Team is looking for a strong Governance Senior Analyst to support operational aspects of running an evolving, global function.  The role includes supporting various activities relating to GRR’s governance. 

The GRR Governance Officer will support the GRR CAO Team by ensuring the on-going development, enhancement and implementation of a proactive, prudent, and effective global control framework and assisting in management of the day-to-day administrative activities across GRR globally.

There will be multiple Headcount to complete these responsibilities, role reports into the GRR Governance Lead (C14).

Key responsibilities:

Supports GRR manual (template revisions, updates), Annual Charter (review / update, manage approvals and attestations), Manager’s Control Assessment data collection and analysis, maintenance of key internal policies and documents within the GRR intranet site, inter-company services agreement, data privacy impact assessments, cross border data clearance, Citi Risk & Controls User Acceptance Testing, records management, end user computing and model risk management attestations, governance templates, tax write-ups, and the GRR mailbox.  

Contribute to ad hoc projects and prepare reports requested by GRR Management. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word, Visio, etc)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills - ability to express and communicate concisely and clearly with various levels of management
  • Self-motivated, Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and influencing skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders / projects and deliverables with varying objectives simultaneously
  • 5-8 years of experience required in a financial services role / Citi experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
