Entity Data Management Team (EDM) is part of the Data and Regulatory Operations responsible for providing Clients reliable sources of the reference data.

Our main role is to search, gather and manage information regarding legal entities in an extended timeline. What is more, we review the collected information, search new one, provide updates to reflect the ownership changes or such basics as the company’s name or address.  We assure that the information we have is valid and up to date as well as is in line with the global, legal regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, validate, setup and maintain legal entity reference data (leveraging internal/external stakeholders and data sources)
  • Identify issues or gaps related to operational risk in the end-to-end processes, proposing preventive action plans, performing quality and quantity reviews
  • Conduct analysis to map front to back data flows and processes’ dependencies and provide subject matter expertise
  • Propose and implement process optimization
  • Serves as escalation point
  • Involved in key projects for unit
  • Utilize Excel and data management skills

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and writing in business English
  • Experience in project management, overseeing and execution of results
  • Experience in creating reports and presenting results to Management
  • Good organizational skills, capability to handle multiple priorities at one time
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and data management.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
